LocationsThe main cities targeted being regions of Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Sunderland, Cardiff, Birmingham and surrounding areas. These government supported areas are perfect for steady rental yields from working family tenants, which tends to be a rental property segment unaffected by downturns (i.e. Brexit, Elections, COVID-19 & Economic downturns etc.). |
